Founded in 2005 with a motive to build and takeover an investment portfolio of class “A” warehouse complexes located in Russia. Raven Property Group is a Guernsey based property Investment Company with main focus on commercial properties in Russia. It operates through its offices located in Moscow, Guernsey and Cyprus. The company rebranded itself from Raven Russia Ltd to Raven Property Group limited in 2018. The company’s ordinary shares and preference shares are traded on the main market segment of the London Stock Exchange as LSE: RAV, it is also admitted to the official list of the International Stock Exchange and its convertible preference shares are listed on the TISE official list and trading on the SETSqx market of the London Stock Exchange. It has the secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and the Moscow Stock Exchange since 2018. 

The company aims to deliver high and sustainable long-term return to its shareholders through its diversified portfolio of Class “A” warehouses properties of approx 1.9 million square meters in St Petersburg, Moscow, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don and Nizhny Novogorod and around 49,000 sq meters of commercial office properties in St Petersburg. 

The company generates its revenue by renting its portfolio of properties to large domestic or international group with strong underlying covenants. The company operates through its related businesses that include Raven Russia Holdings Cyprus Limited, Raven Russia Property Advisors Limited, RosLogistics and Raven Mount. Raven Russia Holdings Cyprus Limited is the primary holding business of the company in Russia. The Raven Russia Property Advisors Limited (RRPA) is engaged in property management and marketing activities for the company and it is directed and reporting to Raven Russia Holdings Cyprus Limited (RRHCL).

RosLogistics is a third-party logistics business and is the 100% owned subsidiary of Raven Russia Holdings Cyprus Limited (RRHCL). The Raven Mount is fully owned subsidiary of the Raven Property group, its main activity is a joint venture that offers luxury second homes in Cotswolds UK.

The company’s Moscow properties includes Sever, Lobnya, Sholokhovo, Pushkino, Noginsk, Southern, Krekshimo, Nova Riga and Istra. Its St Petersburg properties include Primium, Kellermann, Konstanta, Shushary, Pulkovo and Gorigo.
