The company’s assets are located within the rift basins on the margin of the Tanzanian Craton and it has secured 18 exploration licenses in total area of 4,512km sq. The company holds 100% interest and exclusive rights to develop its three distinct project areas in Tanzania that includes The Rukwa, Eyasi and Balangida. The Rakwa project consists of 15 prospecting licenses located in south-western Tanzania, covering an area of around 3,590 km sq. it hosts independently verified (SRK-2019) Helium resource (2U/P50) OF 138bcf, which is the largest known helium resource globally.
The company has also identified 21 prospects and 4 lead based on high-resolution gravity survey, historical drilling, surface seeps analysis and 1,100 line kilometers of re-process seismic data. The Eyasi and Balangida projects are located in north central Tanzania with exceptional helium gas concentration at ideal geology and surface for trap, source, seal and reservoir. The Eyasia projects holds four prospecting licenses covering area of around 910 km sq and the Balangida projects hold one license covering area of around 260 km sq. By utilizing and interpreting the CGG Multiphysics Eyasi project has mapped twelve leads, with surface helium seepages occurring in proximity to the mapped leads.
