Founded in 2001, Globalworth is a real estate company that primarily takes over, develops and maintains commercial spaces in Europe, especially in Poland and Romania. The group owns 49 standing class A office buildings, mixed use properties and some logistics and light- industrial properties. It has a number of significant investments in the office sector and mixed-use properties, which have a market value of €3 billion in Poland and Romania. The company’s aim is to own the assets for future cash flows and growth that are backed by long-term, Euro-denominated, triple net, inflation-linked leases.

The company acquires the existing properties and land with future potential value, develop them to enhance performance, design them as per sustainable, green and ecofriendly guideline for the satisfaction of its customers. In Romania, Globalworth has come up as a leading real estate investor and has a high-quality portfolio of more than 700K sq. m. in 26 buildings in Bucharest, Pitesti, Timisoara and Constanta. In Poland, Globalworth’s presence increased with the acquisition of Warsaw- listed office investment company GPRE in 2017. The Poland portfolio includes 38 buildings, which comprises of Class A offices and three mixed-used properties in over 600k sq. m. of high- quality offices and commercial buildings. These assets are in Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Katowice, Łódź and Gdansk region and contribute more than 50% of its total portfolio value.

Globalworth’s investments are in the fast-developing areas of Poland and Romania and its major part of portfolio (82%) is focused on offices, rest is in the mixed-use and industrial spaces. The company’s 100% assets have or are undergoing environmental certification and its tenant base comprises of reputed national and multinational corporates.
