With its joint venture (JV) partners, Great Portland has invested in and developed various of its well-known properties, including 240 Blackfriars Road, SE1, 95 Wigmore Street, W1, 160 Old Street, EC1, and W1, among others. At 31 March 2020, the company’s JVs accounted for 25.8 per cent of its portfolio valuation, 29.4 per cent of net assets and 19.3 per cent of the rent roll.
