The complex legal services provide premium legal advices, expertise and attention to its clients through over 2,000 experienced Lawyers and is working across eight sectors that include insurance, financial services, technology media & communication, real estate, government & public sector, retail, food & hospitality and energy, further its services include banking, finance & restructuring, commercial, regulatory & data, corporate, dispute resolution, employment & pensions, insurance, real estate and tax & private capital managed services handles process oriented legal work cost and time efficiently, its team includes lawyers, paralegals and project management specialist that help its clients and provide services such as Compliance, contracts management, legal analytics, Litigation & Investigation.

The connected services include a range of products and services that supports its legal offerings, it includes 360 software, advocacy, advantage (digital learning solutions), audit, claims management & adjusting, corporate governance & compliance, cost, forensic, regulatory consulting, and risk.

The group operates through four core divisions that include Commercial Services, Insurance Services, Connected Services and International. The commercial services division offers a range of complex legal services and managed services to the range of clients and sectors and includes real estate, corporate and litigation practice group.

The Insurance Service division offers a range of complex legal services and managed services to insurers and clients. Connected services division offers a range of products and services that supports its other divisions. International division offers complex legal and managed services beyond UK and Ireland.
