Property prices shoot up after demand rises in the Capital | NZ Market Update

According to the latest Trade Me Property Price Index, Wellington property rates saw major jump in prospective buyer's interests across all districts in the capital hence the demand in the region is going upwards, as it’s said to be a good time to sell properties. Despite the lockdown, Wellington properties are facing a huge percentage increase in August of about 34% than usual.

Delegate Group Limited registered global case sales of 3.277 million, an increase of 9% y-o-y for the full year ended 30 June 2020. Operating NPAT stood at $60.8 million, up by 20% y-o-y and Operating EBIT increased by $11.9 million to $95.2 million. Operating Revenue of the company stood at $302.9 million on global case sales of 3,277,000 in the year. It has also decided to pay fully imputed dividend of 17.0 cents per share.

PFI Decides Its Price For Dividend Reinvestment Scheme. Property for Industry Limited has set the share price that is used to calculate entitlements under the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme (DRS) at $2.6885.The new shares shall be released on the dividend payment date of 22 September 2020 to the shareholders who have chosen to take part in the DRS.
