In the September 2020 quarter, there has been a growth, a bounce-back witnessed in the levels of building activities in the country, according to Stats NZ.  There was a drastic drop witnessed in the June 2020 quarter witnessed due to the pandemic. Construction statistics manager Michael Heslop revealed that the residential building activity was up by 4.2% relative to 2019.

* Senior Trust Retirement Village Accepts Early Repayment of Loan Whitby Village Limited approached the Senior Trust Retirement Village Listed Fund to fully repay its loan prior to the expiry date. The loan is of $19 million but no more than 60% of the LVR, with the current loan balance being $9.6 million.

* Downer (NZX: DOW) Successfully Refinances its Debt Platform Downer EDI Limited (NZX: DOW) has completed the refinancing of its debt platform by creating a new $1.4 billion syndicated sustainability linked loan facility.
