Report de l'Assemblée Générale Mixte du 30/06/2025

Dans un contexte de repositionnement stratégique et de restructuration financière consécutive, pouvant avoir une incidence sur la poursuite de l'activité de la société, s'ils n'étaient pas finalisés prochainement, le Conseil d'administration a décidé de reporter l'Assemblée Générale Mixte, devant notamment statuer sur les comptes de l'exercice clos le 31 décembre 2024, et de la convoquer à une date ultérieure.

Une requête en vue d'obtenir la prorogation jusqu'au 31 octobre 2025 du délai légal prévu pour la réunion de l'assemblée générale d'approbation des comptes de l'exercice écoulé a donc été déposée auprès du Président du Tribunal des activités économiques de Paris.

L'Assemblée Générale Mixte sera convoquée à une prochaine date utile pour permettre aux actionnaires d'y assister, dont ils seront informés par voie de communiqué de presse.

La prochaine date de cette assemblée fera l'objet d'un communiqué de presse lorsqu'elle sera arrêtée en l'avis de convocation de l'Assemblée Générale Mixte sera publié au Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires (BALO) et dans un journal d'annonces légales.
