OSMOSUN informe avoir procédé à la convocation d'une assemblée générale dans le cadre des dispositions des articles L.234-1 et R.234-3 du Code de Commerce.

Cette convocation intervient à la demande des commissaires aux comptes par courrier recommandé reçu en date du 16 avril 2025.

Cette assemblée générale, au cours de laquelle sera présenté le rapport spécial d'alerte des commissaires aux comptes, se tiendra le 15 mai 2025.

La société annonce la démission de Madame Dorothée Chabredier de ses fonctions d'administratrice à compter du 14 avril 2025.

Comme annoncé dans les communiqués précédents, OSMOSUN estime disposer d'un horizon de trésorerie jusqu'à juillet 2025 et poursuit des négociations pour prolonger cet horizon.
