Mise en délibéré de la décision du Tribunal dans le cadre du plan de sauvegarde

Paris, le 04 mars 2025 – MASTRAD (EURONEXT GROWTH : ALMAS ; ISIN : FR0004155687), entreprise pionnière dans les ustensiles de cuisine, annonce que le Tribunal de Commerce de Paris a mis en délibéré le lundi 3 mars 2025 la décision de l'acceptation du plan de sauvegarde suite à la prorogation de la 2nde période d'observation de la procédure de sauvegarde de 6 mois qui se terminait le 16 janvier 2025.

Cette décision est annoncée pour le mardi 25 mars 2025.
