Les actionnaires de la société sont avisés que l'Assemblée Générale Mixte de la société HERIGE se tiendra le Vendredi 23 mai 2025 à 16H00 dans les locaux de la société EDYCEM, Pôle d'Activités du Point du Jour, 3 Rue Nicolas Sadi Carnot à MONTAIGU-VENDEE (85600).

L'avis de réunion préalable à l'assemblée a été publié au BALO du 18 avril 2025.

L'ensemble de la documentation relative à l'assemblée générale est à la disposition des actionnaires sur le site internet de la société https://www.groupe-herige.fr/informations-reglementees.html

Ces documents peuvent également être transmis à l'actionnaire qui en fait la demande adressée à HERIGE - Service Assemblée – BX TWO, 10 Rue Augustin Fresnel, PA de la Bretonnière à MONTAIGU-VENDEE (85600) ou à l'adresse électronique [email protected]
