Assemblée générale annuelle des actionnaires

  • Nomination de la société NEXTSTAGE AM en qualité d'administrateur

BIO-UV Group (Euronext Growth® - FR001334549 - ALTUV), spécialiste des systèmes de traitement et de désinfection de l'eau par UV, ozone, électrolyse de sel et AOP, a réuni ses actionnaires lors de son assemblée générale mixte du 13 juin 2025.

A cette date, le nombre total d'actions composant le capital social de la Société s'élevait à 14.154.679 actions représentant 13.952.247 droits de vote.

L'assemblée ayant pu valablement délibérer avec une participation supérieure à 42%, les actionnaires ont approuvé l'ensemble des résolutions de la partie ordinaire de l'assemblée et rejeté les résolutions n°10 à N°13 et la résolution n°15 de la partie extraordinaire.

A cette occasion, la société NEXTSTAGE AM a été nommée en qualité d'administrateur en adjonction aux membres en fonction.
