Gold Terra Resource Corp. (TSXV:YGT)

Gold Terra Resource Corp., earlier known as TerraX Minerals Inc., is a junior mineral mining company primarily in the identification, evaluation, acquisition, exploration, and development of precious metal properties, specifically gold. Gold Terra Resources Corp. is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, its stocks trade under the YGT ticker. The natural resource miner also trades its stocks on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the OTCQX market under the stock symbols TX0 and YGTFF, respectively.

The Vancouver-based metal exploration company owns a 100 per cent stake in the Yellowknife City Gold Project, situated close to Yellowknife, Northern Territories. It is a gold exploration project covering a total area of approximately 800 square kilometers. The YCG Property is in proximity to the infrastructure facilities, including road and air transport, hydroelectric power grid, availability of workforce and service providers.

Currently, the company completed more than 60,000 meters of drill operation within a radius of three kilometers, including four gold mines -- the Sam Otto, Mispickel, Crestaurum, and Barney. The main prospective targets of the project are Homer, Hébert-Brent, Ptarmigan Mine, Duck Lake and Angel zones.

On October 22, 2019, Gold Terra Resources Corp. completed the acquisition of Gold Matter Corporation, a mineral mining company. With this acquisition, Gold Terra Resources acquired a 100 per cent ownership stake in the Mulligan Gold Project in New Brunswick. The project consists of 12 mineral concessions with 413 units spanning a total land area of 8,200 hectares subject to net smelter royalty of two per cent on the production.

Gold Terra Resource Corp. also operates the Stewart Property, a gold and copper project located in Burin Peninsula, Newfoundland. Gold Terra Resources Corp. is conducting various exploration and drilling operations, mainly focused on the Yellowknife City Gold Project, to discover and evaluate target zones and expand mineral resource potential for the development and advancement of the projects.
