Neo Lithium Corp. (TSXV:NLC)

Neo Lithium Corp, earlier known as POCML 3 Inc, is a junior mining and exploration company operating in the basic materials industry. It primarily focuses on lithium brine projects.

The Toronto-based miner and explorer owns a 100 per cent controlling stake in the flagship Tres Quebradas Lithium project. It is commonly called as 3Q project, located in the Catamarca Province, Argentina.

The 3Q Project is at the elevation of 4,000 meters above the sea and 30 kilometers away from the Chile border.

The project is equipped with proper infrastructure, including roadways, railways, and ports, the firm claims.

The 3Q Project area consists of five lithium brine deposits featuring three high-grade lithium brine with low sulphate and magnesium impurities. It covers a total area of some 35,000 hectares, of which 16,000n hectares of land is under the Salar complex in the lithium triangle.

The lithium project includes measured and indicated resources amounting to approximately four metric tons of lithium carbonate equivalents, and inferred resources are roughly three metric tons of lithium carbonate equivalents.

The proven and probable resources at the project site include 1.3 metric tons of lithium carbonate equivalent.

The company is currently focusing on the pond pilot plant and a lithium carbonate plant. It further focuses on enhancing lithium carbonate production to develop the 3Q project and produce quality battery-grade lithium carbonate.

With exploration and development operations in Argentina and a head office in Canada, Neo Lithium Corp earns a significant part of its revenue from Canada.

In 2021, Neo Lithium Corp claims to have completed a geological survey measuring 110 kilometers, nearly 50 kilometers of seismic reflection survey, 53 drill holes and 23 long term pump tests.

In a press release dated April 12, 2021, Neo Lithium Corp hired Golder Associates Ltd and UNSAM, in order to developing ESG practices for the lithium project.
