Eagle Plains Resources Ltd., commonly known as Eagle Plains, is a junior resource mining company that operates as a vertically integrated project generator in the metals and mining industry. Incorporated in March 1994, the company is primarily registered under the Alberta Business Corporations Act and additionally, registered under other Canadian provincial jurisdictions including British Columbia, Yukon Territory, Saskatchewan and the North West Territories.
