Artemis Gold Inc is a Canadian mining firm.

• Silver Reserves: 60 million ounces
• Silver resources: 122.4 million ounces
• Gold resources: 11.7 million ounces
The Phase 1 (1-5 years) highlights include initial development capital worth C$592 million with throughput of 5.5 million tons per annum. The average annual gold production of 248,000 ounces.
Artemis Gold Inc says that the Phase 2 (6-10 years) includes expansion capital of C$426 million with an average annual gold production of 420,000.
On May 27, 2021, Artemis Gold signed an impact benefits agreement (IBA) with Nazko First Nation regarding the Black Water Gold Project. As per the agreement Nazko First Nation is likely to support the development of the Black Water Project and work along Artemis for mutual benefit.
The gold mineral exploration says it focuses on community-building program by continuing the New Gold’s commitment while acquiring the Black Water project.
The participation agreement that New Gold signed with two indigenous nations whose territories overlap the Blakwater mine site, Lhoosk’uz Dene Nation and Ulkatcho First Nation, is now continued by Artemis Gold.
The mining and exploration entity claims to build strong relationships with indigenous nations and promote their employment and development reportedly.
