Pendal Group Limited (ASX: PDL) has reported full-year results for the period ended 30 September 2019. The group has declared a final dividend of 25 cents per share to the shareholders (10% franked) with a record date of 6 December 2019.
- Statutory net profit after tax was $154.5 million, down 24% from $202 million in FY 2018.
- Performance fees was down 89% over the year to $5.9 million.
- Fee revenue decreased by 12% to $491.2 million over FY 2018.
- Total FY 2019 dividends down by 13% to 45 cents per share.
