The development of eMite’s CX Intelligence Platform was initiated due to the difficult, time consuming, constantly dynamic and manual process of creating and managing key performance indicators from across multiple systems.

eMite’s SaaS based CX Intelligence platform, which is hosted on Amazon Web Services, has been listed on the global Amazon Connect Technology Partner site now.

The company has highlighted the anticipated growth in the contact centre analytics market to USD 1,483.6 million by the year 2022, at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 15.9%.

Snare reports Sales growth of 67% for Q1 FY20

Prophecy International Holdings announced a continuous significant increase in new sales as compared to the previous corresponding period for Snare. With its significant markets in Mid-Market and Large Enterprise in Government, Military and Defence, Snare’s new sales in Q1 FY20 amounted to $1.757 million against sales of $1.052 million for Q1 in pcp.

Spanning into banking, finance, retail, health, oil, energy and gas segments worldwide, Snare’s sales increased by 158% in Q1 against the pcp through its global partner Secureworks.

The 67% increase in new sales volume was fuelled partly by an increased contribution from partner channels and a 21% increase in average deal size as compared to previous year’s average.

With more than 80% of all its revenue generated from international markets, Prophecy International Holdings was announced as a finalist in the Business SA 2019 Export Awards in September 2019.

PRO’s strong sales and revenue growth in FY19

Prophecy International Holdings’ total revenue for FY19 was noted at $12.114 million, which was $10.676 million for FY18, representing an increase of 13% as compared to the previous fiscal year.

Moreover, the operating cash flow increased by 3936% from $ 48,376 in FY18 to $ 1,952,633 in FY19. Cash on hand increased to $4.376 million against $2.600 million pcp, ensuring PRO is debt free and cash flow positive. Cash at bank increased by 68% to $ 4,375,635 from $2,599,684 due to following reasons:

  • Increasing operating cashflow;
  • Advance collection of forward booked revenue;
  • Return of tax paid in FY18;
  • Federal Government R&D Grant successfully applied for.

PRO’s subsidiary, Snare witnessed a 66% growth in its revenue from $2.419 million (FY18) to $4.022 million (FY19), making a significant contribution from its indirect channels. Key highlights indicating Snare’s performance are:

  • New Sales contracts grew by 29% to $6.046 million from $4.690 million;
  • US sales up by 32% compared to last year;
  • Number of sales increased by 27% to 696 from 547;
  • Agents sold up to 201,715 representing 18% increase from 170,288 in pcp;
3% increase in eMite’s new sales

Another flagship brand of PRO, eMite recorded a 3% increase in its new sales contracts up to $2.357 million in FY19 from $2.230 million in FY18. Additional key statistics for eMite are:

  • Number of new customer contracts increased by 2% to 90 from 88;
  • Multiyear contracts grew to 40% of all contracts from 23% last year;
  • Total contract values increased by 29% to $3.910 million from $3.040 million;
  • Recurring revenue grew to 68% of total eMite revenue;
