Deep Yellow Limited (ASX:DYL) is an Australia-based company committed to establishing a tier-one uranium business.

The Company is pursuing a two-pillar growth strategy to become a multi-mine, low-cost, tier-one uranium producer targeting an annual production of up to 10Mlb. The strategy focuses on inorganic growth through targeted mergers & acquisitions and organic growth through the development of asset base in Namibia. 

Standout and proven uranium team

Deep Yellow has put together a world-class uranium team with strong project development, operational, and corporate skills. The majority of this team has, in past, worked together at Paladin Energy, a company that grew from a AU$2 million explorer to a AU$4 billion high-grade uranium producer. The team was responsible for developing two uranium mines in Southern Africa.

Strong Project Portfolio

The Company’s project portfolio is situated within large, highly prospective uranium province containing nearly 2Blb U₃O₈.

• Reptile Project – 95% - including the Tumas and Omahola targets
• Nova JV – 39.5%

Since 2016, exploration progress has tripled the Reptile Project's resource base at an incredibly low discovery cost of AU$11.5c/lb. A positive scoping study on the Tumas Project in early 2020 led to the completion of a pre-feasibility study (PFS) in February 2021. The Company is advancing the definitive feasibility study on the project.

Uranium sector poised to grow

Namibia, a world-class mining jurisdiction, has a long and successful uranium mining history. The Southern African country is one of the world’s largest uranium producers. Namibia offers access to excellent infrastructure for mining as well as development.

The medium-to long-term outlook for uranium is quite favourable, thanks to the critical role nuclear power is expected to play in reaching global clean energy goals.
