Belvoir Group PLC is a UK-based company which sells, supports and trains residential lettings and sales franchisees. It is among the UK’s largest franchised property groups, and supports a network of 418 offices across five distinct brands. It was founded in the year 1995, and its headquarters are situated in Grantham, United Kingdom. The company is listed and traded on the London Stock Exchange, and complies with the UK City Code on Takeovers and Mergers. It is a part of the FTSE AIM All-Share index. It has many subsidiaries which include Brook Financial Services Limited, Nottingham Mortgage Services Limited, and Newton Fallowell Limited etc.

The operations of the company can be classified into two divisions, which are a network of property franchisees and a network of financial advisers. Together these two networks combine to provide the required support to the customers through their entire property journey. The property franchises of the company include Belvoir, Northwood, Lovelle, and Newton Fallowell. Established in 1995, Belvoir used to be a lettings franchise, but it provides both sales and lettings services across the UK now, and has 173 offices across its area of operation. Acquired in 2016, Northwood also used to be a specialist lettings franchise, but it offers both sales and lettings now and has a nationwide coverage with 89 offices. Acquired in 2020, Lovelle is principally a robust regional sales network and has 16 offices. Acquired in 2015, Newton Fallowell was initially an estate agent, but this network is now grown as a robust regional property brand and has 40 offices. Its financial services include the Brook, which was acquired by the group in 2017, and is among the leading networks for mortgage intermediaries across the UK. Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) has appointed Brook as its largest representative, and it manages a network of 202 mortgage and financial service advisers operating through 100 businesses.
