In 1921, it started general insurance business in France and later in 1930 started Life Insurance Company in India. In 1924, M&G got listed on the London Stock Exchange. M&G Wealth was established in 2020 and provides wealth management services to its customers.

The two core segments are: Saving and Asset Management; and Heritage.
