The company offers home to students in University town and cities in partnership with universities across the UK. In 2019, the company acquired Liberty Living’s UK assets. The company operates 173 properties with 76,000 beds in 25 leading university towns and cities. It offers quality services, properties and people, all designed to provide excellent experience to the students. The company provides en-suite study bedrooms with rents covering all the bills, high speed internet, insurance and security and its mobile app, MyUnite offers practical support such as instant messaging and maintenance requests. The company’s shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange since 2000 as LON: UTG and is the constituent of FTSE 250 Index.

The company is in partnership with 60 universities in UK and promised them than 52% of its rooms will be rented under nomination agreements, which may deliver high visibility of rental growth and forward occupancy. The company invests and operates a joint venture with the GIC, the government of Singapore’s real estate portfolio and a specialist fund. The USAF was established in 2006 and the company holds 22% interest it is the leading specialist student accommodation fund and is one of the top performing funds in the MSCI/AREF UK Specialist Fund Index.  It consists of 30,000 beds in 79 properties across 22 universities. The company is in 50-50 partnership with GIC to operate the London Student Accommodation Venture (LSAV) that operates around 5,300 beds in 12 high quality assets in London and 3,100 beds at the Aston Student Village in Birmingham.
