Finance Broking and Aggregation (FB&A): Through its membership group of independent and equity owned brokers, COG is Australia’s largest asset finance group, representing over $5.2 billion per annum of Net Asset Finance (NAF). Further growth is being achieved through equity investment in brokers and organic growth in equipment finance and insurance broking and through equity investment in brokers.

Lending: The Company offers equipment finance to SMEs through broker distribution.  Equipment finance and real property loans are provided via its subsidiary Westlawn Finance Limited. The Lending division of COG provides originations of new chattel mortgage product

Consolidated Finance Group

CFG connects Australia’s best commercial brokers with over 30 banks and finance companies, aiding SMEs to access car & equipment finance, debtor finance, property finance, and working capital solutions.

Platform Finance

Platform Finance provides a number of consumer and commercial products for equipment of all sizes, vehicles, vendor energy finance, leisure and marine, personal loans and business debtor and cash flow finance.

Westlawn

COG has 51% interest in Westlawn which offers a full range of commercial and consumer lending products. It has its own funding from the issue of retail debentures and also enjoys access to a full range of traditional lenders through its broking operations.

QPF Finance Group

In addition to market leading equipment finance solutions which it has been providing since 1977, the group also offers general insurance broking and residential and commercial property finance.

Centrepoint Finance

It is specialist SME finance broking and aggregation businesses which provides wide spectrum of business finance solutions.

Linx Australia Group

With over 20 years of industry experience, Linx is a specialist firm providing innovative and strategic asset finance mortgage and insurance solutions.
