The in-development division includes PromethION P2, SmidgION and Plongle. PromethION is based on existing PromethION flow cell, with two individually addressable flow cells and integrated with powerful compute. SmidgION is the company’s smallest sequencing device, with application in Smartphone and uses same nanopore sensing technology as MinION and PromethION.
