The company has appointed Victory Park Capital Advisors LLC as its investment manager, which identified and finances emerging and established businesses globally and offers company with attractive yield on its portfolio of credit investments.  The company invests across available opportunities directly or indirectly, by making investment in or acquiring interests held by third-party funds.  Its direct investments include SME loans, consumer loans, purchase of corporate trade receivables originated by portfolio companies and/or advances against corporate trade receivables.

The indirect investments in portfolio businesses through the provision of senior secured floating rate credit facilities, equity, or other instruments. Further, the company also invests in credit facilities and debt instruments through its subsidiaries or partnerships, to achieve bankruptcy remoteness from the platform itself. It can invest in other financial services though a combination of equity, debt facilities or other instruments and it may also invest maximum 10% of its gross assets in listed or unlisted securities issued by one or more of its portfolio businesses or financial services entities. The company invests across various portfolios of businesses, credit bands, asset classes and geographies.
