The company is listed on the London Stock Exchange as LON: FRAS and is a constituent of FTSE 250.

The company operates through five business segments that include UK Sports Retail, Premium Lifestyle, European Retail, Rest of World Retail and Wholesale & Licensing.  The UK sport division includes core sports retail store operations in the UK, its sports retail online business, the gyms, shirebrook campus operations, retail store operations in Evans Cycles, Northern Ireland and GAME UK. It operates around 806 stores in UK under USC, Evans Cycles, SPORTS Direct and GAME fascias. The Premium Lifestyle segments offers a range of footwear, clothing and accessories from leading global contemporary and luxury retail brands through its fascias in the UK that include Flannels, van mildert, House of Fraser, Sofa.com, Cruise and Jack Wills along with their related websites and it operates around 179 stores. The European Retail segment operates around 486 sports retail stores in Europe as well as European distribution centers in Austria, Belgium and GAME Spain. The Rest of the world retail segment consist of 76 sports and outdoor retail stores in the US under the Bob’s Stores and Eastern Mountain Sports fascias and their corresponding e-commerce offerings. It retail stores are also located in Malaysia, under the Sports Direct fascia. The Wholesale & Licensing segment operates its globally renowned heritage Group brands such as Everlast, Lonsdale, Karrimor and Slazenger and its wholesale, licensing and distribution relationships across the world. It also partner with third party brands that the company license-in to sell certain products.
