Its sales, marketing and technical support operations are located in US, Singapore, North Carolina and California.  CML manufactures innovative solutions including Analogue, mixed signal, Radio frequency, Digital Signal Processor  design, digital and memory.

The Sicomm Technologies is a fables IC design house acquired by the company in 2016. It is engaged in the development of RF Power Amplifier (PF), baseband System on Chip (SoC) and RF transceiver solutions for narrowband wireless communications, especially for Private Mobile Radio (PMR) and Family Radio Services (FRS).

The PRFI Ltd is a design house acquired in 2020. It is engaged in designing and development of MMICs, RFICs and Microwave/mmWave modules. The company develops ICs at frequencies ranging from baseband to 100GHz and its leading compound semiconductor foundries include WIN Semiconductors, Wolfspeed, Qorvo and GCS.
