In a press release dated June 25, 2021, EMX Royalty Corporation completed the purchase of two gold properties, Oijarvi and Solvik. 

As per the transaction, Gold Line Resources Ltd acquired a 100 per cent stake in both the properties. 

The Vancouver-based mineral royalty company has also listed its stocks on New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) American Exchange and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under ‘EMX’ and ‘6E9’ ticker symbols.
