Recently, in May 2021, the real estate investment trust’s commercial buildings reportedly earned WELL Health-Safety Ratings. As many as 25 buildings with a total of 4.6 million square feet were given the ratings, the company claims.
According to its 2019 sustainability report, nearly 12 percent of its office properties were reportedly certified under LEED.
