McKay Securities Plc (LON: MCKS) has informed about the acquisition Thames valley logistics asset for £10 million.

  • The acquisition of 1-4 Willoughby Road, a fully let logistics asset in Bracknell by the company represents a net initial yield of 5.6 per cent at current valuation.
  • The acquired estate consists of two modern, self-contained units totalling 54,157 sq ft with large secure yards, whose combined contracted rent of £594,722 per annum provides scope for future growth based on recent lettings in the town.
  • On 11August 2020, at the time of writing, GMT 08:11 AM, MCKS shares were trading at GBX 186.50, unchanged against the previous day closing price.
