Metal Tiger Plc Enters Into A Binding Subscription Agreement With Cobre Pty Ltd

Metal Tiger Plc (AIM: MTR), has entered into a binding subscription agreement with Cobre Pty Ltd, according to which the company will initially subscribe for 6,600,000 ordinary shares in Cobre for A$500,280, representing in aggregate around 15% of Cobre’s enlarged issued share capital. Metal Tiger plc has also updated about the operations of the Perrinvale Project where an Airborne Electromagnetic geophysical survey contractor has mobilized to cover an area of around 114km2 covering a 22km strike length.

On 2nd September 2019, at the time of writing, GMT 10:17 AM, MTR shares were trading flat at GBX 1.25, against the previous day closing price.
