JSC Georgian Railway reports increase in transportation volumes for FY19

  JSC Georgian Railway (LON: 38IR) has released its preliminary results of 2019.
  • The company reported that for the first time in recent history, there was an increase in transportation volumes.
  • Freight volumes of the company have increased by around 9 per cent to 10.8 million tons compared to 10.0 million tons in 2018.
  • Revenue from freight transportation increased by 28 per cent as compared to the previous year and stood at about GEL 307 million.
