JLEN Environmental Assets Group Ltd. announces acquisition of an anaerobic digestion plant

  • Listed environmental infrastructure fund, JLEN announced the acquisition of a 70 per cent stake in Bio Collectors Holding Limited (BCH).
  • Total consideration comprises of initial upfront payment, including working capital and additional deferred amounts, subject to certain terms and conditions being met.
  • Primarily, this is the first major acquisition made by the group (JLEN) into food waste fueled anaerobic digestion. JLEN’s investment portfolio accelerated as a result of increased total capacity of renewable energy assets to 297.9MW.
