IDOX Plc updates about a lower revenue of £66.0 million in FY19

  • IDOX Plc (LON: IDOX) has released a trading update for its financial year ended 31 October 2019.
  • The company reported revenues of £66.0 million as compared to £67.4 million in 2018.
  • Though, the company stated that revenue visibility significantly improved, with annualised recurring revenue run rate at 31 October 2019 up 20 per cent to £38.9 million after the adoption of IFRS 15, while the increase was 16 per cent on an organic basis.
  • Net debt of the company at 31 October 2019 was down 17 per cent at £26.4 million as compared to £31.8 million in 2018.
