  • For the half year ended 31 December 2019 and following the disposal of Linden Homes and Partnerships & Regeneration divisions, the order book of the group at the beginning of the new year was £3.2 billion.
  • As on 31 December 2019 the Group's cash balance (pro-forma) was £225m
  • The underlying construction business of the company continues to perform well. The company expects to announce the results for 1HFY20 on 12 March 2020.
  • On 9th January 2020, at the time of writing, GMT 09:40 AM, GFRD shares were trading at GBX 156.56, up by 12.48 points or 8.66% against the previous day closing price.
