Experian Plc announces Elections for first interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 March 2020

  • The company had on 12 November 2019 announced its first interim dividend of 14.5 US cents per ordinary share for 2020.
  • The same is payable on 31 January 2020 to shareholders of the company whose names appear on the register at the close of business on 3 January 2020.
  • The shareholders have to decide on receiving UK sourced dividends via the Income Access Share arrangements or in US Dollars.
