- Alien Metals Limited (UFO) has entered into a binding option agreement with Windfield Metals Pty Ltd.
- The agreement is for the acquisition of a 51% interest in two exploration licences prospective for Direct Shipping Ore iron ore in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
- As per the terms of the binding agreement with Windfield, the company has received 45 days in which it will have to carry out legal and technical due diligence, and will have to exercise its option to acquire the interest in the Licenses
