Customers still facing issues with Kiwibank transactions
Kiwibank is still not out of the cyberattack woes with customers unable to access online banking and its app. It has been almost a week that the customers faced issues regarding the access to online banking and other transactions.

While it caused anger and frustration amongst the customers, the authorities say that there is no element of breaking into servers or stealing data, it is an DDoS attack in which hackers overwhelm the site and making it inaccessible.
A number of major orgnisations including the ANZ Bank and NZ Post and MetService faced this attack last week but, ANZ and Kiwibank have had prolonged issues.

Wellington International Airport launches retail bond offer
Wellington International Airport Limited announced today that it is offering up to NZ$75,000,000 of 10 years of unsecured fixed rate bonds to NZ retail and institutional investors.

The maturity date for the Bonds is 24 September 2031.
The interest rate on the Bonds will be fixed for five years initially and then reset for a period of five years. However, the interest rate will not be less than 3.25% per annum. The issue margin will be set after the book building process is complete on 17 September.The indicative margin price for the Bonds is 1.55% to 1.75% per annum. The actual Issue margin may be above or below the indicative margin price.
Wellington Airport had allowed for the Bonds to be quoted on the NZX Debt market. The offer will close on 17 September 2021.

Warehouse Group (NZX:WHS) to announce full year results on 29 September
The Warehouse Group Limited (NZX:WHS) announced on Monday that a teleconference will be held after the announcement of Group’s audited results for the full year ended 1 August 2021.

The results will be declared on 29 September on the NZX, and the teleconference will start at 9.15 am New Zealand time. The shareholders need to register in advance according to the announcement. After registering, the shareholders will be provided with a dial -in number and a direct passcode.

Third Age Health (NZX:TAH) acquires Belmont Medical.
Third Age Health Services Limited (NZX: TAH) announced on Monday that it had acquired 100% stake in Belmont Medical Centre for a purchase price of NZ $0.18m. The acquisition is said to be completed on 1 October 2021.

Belmont Medical was established in May 1994 and serves the Auckland’s North Shore community.
Belmont is a comprehensive and holistic centre staffed by two experienced general practitioners, along with nursing and other supporting staff. With the acquisition of Belmont Medical Centre , TAH Will be in a position to have an additional resource to its aged residential care practice. According to estimates by TAH, the addition of Belmont Medical Centre is likely to contribute at least 10% addition to revenues and earnings per share by 3 to % per year.
The CEO of TAH, Michael Haskell said that the addition of Belmont Medical Centre will make the core service of the Group stronger.
