Government to Improve Facilities at Manukau Health Park Through $211.4 million Investment

The Prime Minister and the Health Minister has announced that the Government shall invest in new and better facilities at Manukau Health Park to provide South Aucklanders good access to high quality health care. The investment will be of $211.4 million that will deliver:

  • increased theatre and outpatient capacity – up to four new theatres and 20 recovery beds;
  • a new radiology hub;
  • fully integrated breast screening service and an expanded renal dialysis hub;
  • new plant room/substations, IT, medical gases, and parking.
