Petronas or Petroliam Nasional Berhad – a Malaysian state-owned energy behemoth plans to become carbon neutral by 2050 while increasing its investment in the renewable energy space.

The Company will intensify its efforts to reduce both of its Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions.
The current target of the Company looks in line with the global peer’s - BP and Royal Dutch, envisioning to build on renewable investment.
