Insurance Australia Group (ASX:IAG) Completes A$650m Placement

ASX-listed general insurance company Insurance Australia Group Limited (ASX:IAG) has completed a A$650 million fully-underwritten institutional placement that was announced on 20 November 2020.

With this Placement, IAG will issue ~128.7 million new ordinary shares (fully paid) at a per-share price of A$5.05.

The Group is delighted with the solid support from its shareholders for the equity raising.

On 24 November 2020, the shares of IAG were trading at A$5.225 up by 1.851% at AEDT 11:27 AM.
