Vista Group Announces Resignation of Chief Operating Officer

Vista Group International Limited (ASX:VGL) has announced that Chief Operating Officer (COO), Derek Forbes, has resigned from his position with Vista Group with effect from 12 March 2020.

Mr Forbes resigns after 19 years of service with Vista Group, in order to pursue new business opportunities including with Vista Group associate company Stardust.

The company will continue to evaluate the optimal executive structure and will provide an update to the market on any developments.

At AEST (1:00 PM), the stock was trading at $3.490, down by 0.286 per cent from the previous close.
