Trek Metals Limited Raises Capital, Restructures, and Reports Project Progress in December Quarter

Australian listed base metal explorer reports December quarter report. During the quarter, the company’s flagship Zinc Lead project’s Earn-in agreement progressed with Apollo Minerals Limited (ASX:AON). On the Lawn Hill project front, the company held meeting with Traditional Owners to discuss the grant of the tenure.

The Company reported lot of action on the corporate front:

  • Issued 8 for 1 share to consolidate the number of shares and options
  • Completed a $2.4 million placement at a post consolidation issue price of $0.02 per share
  • Deregistered a wholly owned subsidiary
  • Reports cash position of ~$2.35 million (as at 31 December 2019)
