Splitit gives Merchant Sales Growth of 321% in May

Splitit Payments Ltd (ASX:SPT) released a trading update for May showing record sales as new large merchants being onboarded in 2020, consumers increasingly adopting SPT’s solution to better manage their cash flow and the growing shift to eCommerce. Some highlights are:

  • Record monthly Merchant Sales Volume (MSV) of US$25.8M in May, up 321% compared to May 2019 and up 39% compared to April 2020.
  • Total Unique Shoppers exceeded 290,000 in May, up 18% from the end of Q1 FY20
  • 964 Total Merchants, up 12% from the end of Q1 FY20
  • Average Order Value (AOV) reached US$939 in May, up from US$737 in Q1 FY20
