Ora Gold Withdraws SPP Offer

Ora Gold Limited (ASX: OAU) announced that the Board had decided to withdraw the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) offer that was made on 21 November 2019.

The SPP offer was made in support on ASIC Corporation Instrument 2019/547, wherein compliance with several conditions is required, including that the Company lodge a cleansing notice with ASX within 24 hours before the offer under the SPP is made.

The required cleansing notice was not lodged due to an administrative oversight, due to which the Board has resolved to withdraw the offer with immediate effect.

At AEST 01:08PM, the stock was trading at $0.020 per share, down by 9% from its previous close.
