IMF Reported Investment Portfolio Report At 31 December 2019

IMF Bentham Limited (ASX: IMF) has provided its investment portfolio report for three months ending 31 December 2019.


  • The total EPV of all investments which includes conditionally funded and Investment Committee approved investments but excludes the OB portfolio has grown up by 21% and reached $11.5 billion.
  • Gross income recognised was $55.1 million from litigation investments. Thus, total gross income for the year was $142.1 million.
  • Nine new investments were made by the Funds with an aggregate EPV of $2,035.8 million and aggregate capital commitments of $84.3 million.
  • IMF also completed the acquisition of Omni Bridgeway (OB) including a portfolio of 230 cases during November 2019. OB has recognised $8.7 million revenue since acquisition.
