Hazer Group Limited (ASX: HZR) has entered into a term sheet with BOC Limited for Hydrogen Offtake from the proposed Hazer Commercial Demonstration Project. It is expected that binding agreement would be completed by 30 March 2020.
- Under binding agreement, BOC would be the off-taker for Hydrogen product from the project.
- BOC would provide logistics support to end users of Hydrogen.
With term sheet in place, HZR has moved one step closer to commercialisation.
By 1:03 PM AEDT, HZR was trading at $0.405, up by 9.45% from the previous close.
