First Au completes VicGold’s due diligence, approaches acquisition completion

First Au Limited (ASX:FAU) announced the completion of the due diligence program for the acquisition of Victorian Goldfields Pty Ltd. This marks the completion of one of the necessary commitments for the deal.

Additionally, the definitive documents relating to the acquisition have been executed with completion contingent on other acquisition requirements including the granting of Haunted Stream exploration license.

First Au plans to consolidate the Snowstorm Project (EL 5505 and PL 007319) following the mutual agreement, into the Victorian Gold portfolio.

First traded at $0.022 a share at 11:19 AM AEST on 17 July 2020, with a market capitalisation of $8.22 million.
