Charter Hall Long WALE REIT (ASX: CLW) announces result for the half-year ended 31 December 2019 and reports operating earnings of $52.2 million, which remained 18 per cent up against the previous corresponding quarter.
- The company reported a statutory profit of $80.5 million and raised $864.7 million of new equity during the period.
- CLW also reported balance sheet gearing of 23.8 per cent, which remained below the lower range of the target of 25 to 35 per cent.
- The property portfolio stood at $3.6 billion during the period, up as compared to the size of $2.1 billion during the previous quarter.
