Cardno Limited (ASX: CDD) has announced that the board has accepted the resignation of Mr Ian ball, its Chief Executive Director (CEO) and Managing Director (MD), effective immediately.
The company has appointed Ms Susan ReisBord as a company’s new CEO ad MD effective immediately.
The Cardno’s chairman, Michael Alscher said “The recent demerger of Intega Group Limited from Cardno means that company is now smaller and less complex than the company Ian originally joined”. As a result, Ian has decided to step down and pursue other opportunities.
At AEST (01:07 PM), the stock was trading higher at $0.517, up by 0.388 per cent from the previous close.
